Founded in 2010, JPS legal has worked for, amongst others, Akzo Nobel, Organon BioSciences, Abbott, DSM, AMT Biopharma, Bayer, Medrad, uniQure, AbbVie, GSK and the University Medical Center Utrecht. JPS legal collaborates with a select number of specialized lawyers to provide its services to life sciences and related organisations.

JPS legal was founded by Jan Peter van Suchtelen. Jan Peter received Master of Laws degrees from the Universities of Leiden, the Netherlands and Durham, England. He subsequently obtained his Bar Exam in the Netherlands. Jan Peter has 25+ years of corporate, regulatory and contractual experience. Because he understands the language and needs of the business, Jan Peter can effectively combine commercial and legal interests.
